End of year KMS Banquet
Congratulations to all those car show participants who qualified and participated in the points chase for 2010. It has been a wonderful year full of new host cities and sponsors. I hope that each of you have found this season as exciting as we have. In order to celebrate your accomplishments we will be hosting an award banquet again this year. Please make sure to R.S.V.P to me no later than Monday, December 6 so that I have ample time to prepare your special trophy the banquet is December 11th 2010. Please include in the R.S.V.P the following information:
1. How you want your name on the trophy name plate.
2. Your overall points received during the 2010 year.
3. Number of shows attended.
4. How many people coming with you (including children).
If you did not attend the minimal 8 shows to receive an award, you may still attend in the banquet. You will not, however be eligible to receive an award but are still welcome.
Those who chose to attend the banquet may be a part of the Kershaw Christmas Parade prior to the banquet. The parade starts at 4 p.m. with all to meet at 3 p.m. at the First Citizen’s Bank on Main St
.
To those who are attending the banquet, it will be held at the Travelodge in Lancaster.
1100 N. Main St.
(across from Burger King) starting at 6 pm and to conclude at 9 pm.
If you have not paid for the points chase fee and still are planning to attend the banquet, you may pay the $25 on the day of the banquet. If you are bringing additional guests the cost is adults $12 and kids 12 and under $6.
We look forward to seeing you for our last event of 2010. Many more great things are planned for 2011!!!
